Please read this Agreement carefully before using any and all websites operated by SportScore Limited (“We” and/or “Our” and/or “SportScore”). This Agreement constitutes the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Our websites at SportScore.

By accessing and/or using Our websites, which include Our desktop websites (i.e., www.sportscore.com or www.sportscores.com), mobile websites, and mobile applications (each a “Platform” and collectively the “Platforms”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

1. Platform Use

1.1. Use of SportScore

The SportScore Platform offers live sports results and statistics for football and cricket via www.SportScore.com.

The results and statistical data on the Platform are sourced from various third-party and official sources. SportScore strives to keep the content updated and accurate, but cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy. We recommend that you verify any critical information from the Platform with original sources. Your reliance on the Platform's information is solely at your own discretion.

Please note that the content available may vary based on your region, language, or other factors not explicitly mentioned herein.

1.2. Personalize Your Experience

You have the ability to customize your news feed, favourite teams, and alerts to follow what matters most to you. All customization must be done using the tools and settings we provide on the Platform.

1.3. No Spamming or Promotions

This is a zone for fans, not ads. You are strictly prohibited from using SportScore to send unsolicited messages, post promotional content, or offer products and services to other users. This is to protect Our community's data security and prevent fraud.

1.4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Bad Sportsmanship

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, harassment, or any other unsportsmanlike conduct. Suppose We determine that you have attempted to defraud SportScore or any other user, or have violated Our rules against promotions. In that case, We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account immediately. Such actions may result in a loss of access to the Platform, and We will not be liable for any consequences to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Your Profile

2.1. Your Responsibility

SportScore provides the Platform and its content diligently and in accordance with this Agreement. However, your decision to use the Platform, including all its features, software, and information, is solely at your own risk and for personal use only. The Platform is not to be used for any commercial purposes.

2.2. Your Registration

You may need to register for an account to access certain sections or features of the SportScore Platform. Registration may be subject to meeting a minimum age requirement. Without registration, your access to content may be limited, and the Platform's functionality may be reduced.

2.3. Account Protection

Access to your user profile is secured by the login credentials (email and authentication token) provided by Our third-party registration partners (e.g., Google). By agreeing to the Agreement, you consent to the use of these credentials to access other websites and services operated by SportScore and its affiliated entities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. SportScore cannot and will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your failure to protect this information.

2.4. Right to Restrict Access

SportScore reserves the right to limit or suspend your access to your user profile, particularly if you have breached your obligations as outlined in this Agreement.

2.5. Your Content and Conduct (Uploading Content)

Where features allow, you (or other users) may upload content to the Platform (e.g., via chat messages in any match section). You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Do not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights (such as copyrighted material) unless you have the necessary permission or are legally entitled to do so. You bear full legal responsibility for the content you upload.

Please note that SportScore is not responsible for any third-party content that may be linked to or associated with user-uploaded content. Such third-party content, which is often identified by a distinct logo or icon, is not hosted on Our servers and is not created or uploaded by SportScore.

We disclaim any liability regarding this third-party content, its availability, or its accuracy. SportScore may use automated systems to analyse uploaded content to detect infringement, abuse, spam, malware, or illegal material.

3. Terms of Service

3.1. Service Modifications

SportScore reserves the right to periodically update and modify the SportScore Platform. These changes will reflect evolutions in Our services, user needs, and Our business priorities.

3.2. Inability to Provide Service

SportScore may be unable to provide the service at any given time due to user difficulties or the difficulties of any other involved party. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where service is prevented by power outages, data network disruptions, other failures caused by third parties or acts of nature.

3.3. Service Disruptions

Temporary service disruptions, constraints, interruptions, or degraded performance may occur. Data stored by you within the service may not be backed up by SportScore and could become corrupted.

3.4. SportScore Service and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SportScore disclaims liability for:

• Malfunctions in any computer programs related to the Platform.
• Bugs or viruses that lead to data loss.
• Any damage to your computer equipment, mobile phone, other devices, or software.
• Errors in inputs, presented data, or results.
• Any attempts by you to use the Platform in a manner not intended by SportScore.

SportScore, at its sole and absolute discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove, or add features to the Platform, as well as to suspend your access from time to time. SportScore shall not be held liable for any such actions.

3.5. Service Error

You agree to notify SportScore promptly upon discovering any inaccuracies related to their account or any information displayed on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, miscalculations, misrepresentations, incorrect charges, fees, bonuses, payouts, or currency conversions.

3.6. Limitation of Liability

SportScore (including its officers, directors, agents, and employees) and its affiliates shall not be held liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or business interruption, or any other losses, whether foreseeable or not by SportScore, arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform.

3.7. Indemnification and "As Is" Basis

The information on the Platform is provided "as is." You agree to indemnify SportScore against any and all liability concerning the Platform and its information. Notwithstanding the above, SportScore's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Content Management

4.1. Removal of Content

SportScore reserves the right to remove any content uploaded by you (or any other user) if We reasonably believe it (1) breaches this Agreement, or (2) may cause harm to SportScore, its users, or any third party. If We remove content, We may notify you of the reason unless We reasonably believe that providing such notice would: (a) violate applicable law or an order from a legal authority; (b) compromise an investigation or the integrity of the Platform; or (c) cause harm to any user, third party, or to SportScore.

4.2. Your Local Law

You are expected to comply with all applicable laws of the country where you reside and/or are accessing the Platform, whether temporarily or permanently, or of which you are a citizen.

4.3. Sharing Content from the Platform

Notwithstanding the above, you may share SportScore's graphics, statistics, and statistical analyses when the Platform itself enables such sharing. You may also share content from the Platform via social media or other communication channels, provided that such sharing complies with this Agreement, serves the Platform's purpose, and does not harm the name or reputation of SportScore.

5. Copyright and Content Policy

5.1. Intellectual Property

The SportScore Platform and all materials, copyrights, trademarks, and its original content, features, and functionality are owned, controlled by, or licensed to SportScore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary laws.

5.2. Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Violation of copyright, trademark rights, or database rights may lead to civil, administrative, or criminal consequences.

6. Security

6.1. Database Security

The materials within the Platform's database (the "Database Content") are protected by a unique right granted to the database provider. Without prior written agreement from SportScore, the Database Content may only be used as permitted by applicable law. Specifically, you may not extract, copy, or make publicly available a substantial part of the Database Content without SportScore's explicit consent.

6.2. Unauthorized Disruption

You are prohibited from disrupting SportScore's operations, compromising the security of the Platform, or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the service. Burdening Our servers with automated requests or assisting others in doing so is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Platform, websites and/or apps unless expressly permitted by applicable law. Using the Platform's content through embedding, aggregating, scraping, or reproducing without Our explicit consent is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

6.3. Advertisement Presentation

You consent to the display of advertisements, including those from third parties, on the Platform.

6.4. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without cause or notice if We determine, in Our sole and absolute discretion, that you have seriously and repeatedly breached this Agreement. We may forfeit and destroy all information submitted by, and/or associated with, you.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if We discover that you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or for legal reasons.

6.5. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party sites. The linked sites are not under the control of SportScore, and We are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any changes or updates to such sites.

SportScore has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We recommend that you thoroughly evaluate any third-party site you visit by reading its terms and conditions and associated policies.

7. Chatroom Messages

7.1. Free Communication

SportScore provides users with an open chat message box for communication. Registered users are free to discuss match results, players, the course of play, and other related topics, provided they adhere to this Agreement.

7.2. Rules and Restrictions

By using the SportScore chatroom feature, you agree not to:

• Use curses, strong language, or engage in harassment.
• Insult or provoke other users.
• Provide or promote fake scores or misinformation.
• Post advertisements or spam.
• Engage in any form of discriminatory behaviour or hate speech.

7.3. Warnings and Bans

SportScore reserves the right to warn you, suspend access to the chat, suspend access to the Platform, or terminate your account if you act in violation of this Agreement.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Information on Personal Data Processing

SportScore fulfils its obligation to provide information in accordance with its Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice outlines how We protect natural persons regarding the processing of their personal data and the free movement of that data.

9. Cookies

9.1. Consent Management

The process of obtaining your consent and providing you with information about the use of cookies on the Platform is managed by a specialized tool provided by a third party.

10. Disclaimer

While SportScore makes every effort to keep the materials and information on the Platform accurate, We disclaim any express or implied warranty about its accuracy or appropriateness for a particular purpose, including third-party content.

By using the Platform, you assume full responsibility for using the information and materials at the Platform. You understand and agree that neither SportScore, its suppliers, nor any of its employees is responsible or liable for any claim, loss, damage, costs, or other expenses resulting from its use.

Your use of the Platform involves inherent risks, which you assume. The Platform is not intended for gaming or gambling purposes. SportScore does not provide gaming services, manage financial transactions, or engage in gambling. Any betting odds displayed are for informational purposes only. Information on the Platform is not an endorsement for gaming or betting, nor does it constitute legal or tax advice on such matters.

11. Termination of this Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective upon your access to the Platform and remains effective for an indefinite period unless terminated in accordance with the below provisions.

11.1. Your Termination 

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting your user profile or by requesting SportScore to delete your user profile and personal data. This request can be sent to: [email protected].

11.2. Termination by SportScore

SportScore reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement or violate applicable laws. Such termination will become effective upon the delivery of a termination message to you via the Platform or email, which may be facilitated by SportScore's third-party service providers.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at Our sole and absolute discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement to reflect changes in market conditions affecting Our business, changes in Our business, technology, or changes in laws and regulatory requirements. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.

Therefore, you must review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any future changes, please do not use or continue to use the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Every dispute concerning the interpretation, effect of this Agreement, and/or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts situated in Gibraltar.
