• How do I log in? 

• Go over to Sportscore.com and click on the connect button in the top-right corner of the website. Choose sign-in with Google, wait to be redirected to sign in with Google page, select your Google account, and authorize the sign-in.

• How do I log out?

• On top of the website homepage, click on your profile icon and select log out.

Site settings

• How do I change language?

• At the moment, we only support the English Language.

• How do I change to system theme?

• On the top-right corner of the SportScore.com homepage, click on the setting icon to toggle to system theme.

• How do I change to light theme?

• On the top-right corner of the SportScore.com homepage, click on the setting icon to light theme.

• How do I change to dark theme?

• On the top-right corner of the SportScore.com homepage, click on the setting icon to toggle to dark theme.

Match status

• What does "FRO" status mean?

• FRO stands for “Final result only”. When a match has FRO status, it means that there will be no live score updates for the event but only the final result will be available when the match is finished — which can be either immediately or a few hours after.

• What do these match statuses mean: HT, FT, AP, ET, ET-HT, AET, OT, Aw. Pen. Aw. ET, Walkover?

• HT - Half-time. 

• FT - Full-time. 

• AP - The Match ended after the penalties

• ET - Extra time.

• ET HT - Extra time half-time.

• AET - Match ended after extra time

• OT - Overtime.

• Aw. pen. - Awaiting penalties.

• Aw. ET - Awaiting extra time. 

• Walkover - victory for a team because the other team forfeited the match.

• What does postpone mean?

• If a match is abandoned before it starts or at any point before its conclusion, it will be postponed, rather than canceled and/or finalized. Once the match is postponed at any point, any remaining time will be completed the following day or as soon as possible.

• What does a suspended soccer game mean?

• A suspended soccer game is a game that has been interrupted by the referee because of conditions that make it impossible to continue play.

• What is the difference between postpone and delay?

• If a match is delayed, it is referred to as a situation where the match is yet to start because of a temporary setback. However, when a match is postponed, it means that the event is set to be played at a later date.

• What happens if a football match is abandoned after 45 minutes?

• It doesn’t matter the time by which the match was abandoned. The general rule in soccer is that an abandoned game is to be replayed unless the regulations of the competition say otherwise ( which can be if the result stands, or only the remaining time is to be played).

• How can I search for a match?

• Click on the search symbol on the top right corner of the website. Enter the team name or a specific league name to easily locate and navigate to it.

• How can I view the statistics of a match?

• Click on the match that you want to view the statistics on and you will be presented with an overview of the match, including the opening odds, pre-match odds, in-play odds, H2H information, and team standing.

• How do I check Live/Finished/Scheduled matches?

• Go to SportScore.com and click on finished/live/scheduled matches to view all of the matches — according to your desired time and date. You can also view the market odds for these matches on this page

• How do I check the odds of matches?

• Navigate to the match you want to check its odds and click on it — you’ll be presented with opening odds, pre-match odds, and in-play odds.

• What does H2H mean?

• H2H contains football statistics of 2 teams including the last meetings, last matches played, previous team's performances, etc. To access the H2H of a specific match, click on the match and navigate to the H2H section.

• How do I check the standing of a team?

• Navigate to the match you want to check its odds and click on it — go over to standing and click on it. You’ll be presented with the current standing of the teams.

• How do I check the Handicap odds?

• Navigate to the match you want to check its handicap odds and click on it — you’ll be presented with the opening odds, pre-match odds, and in-play odds on a table. From the website homepage you can also click on the odds market on the top-right corner to view the asian handicap odds.

• How do I check the total odds for goals over/under?

• Navigate to the match you want to check its goals over/under odds and click on it — you’ll be presented with the opening odds, pre-match odds, and in-play odds on a table. From the website homepage you can also click on the odds market on the top-right corner to view the total goals odds of specific matches.

• What does total odds for corner over/under mean?

• Navigate to the match you want to check its corner over/under odds and click on it — you’ll be presented with the opening odds, pre-match odds, and in-play odds on a table. From the website homepage you can also click on the odds market on the top-right corner to view the total corners odds.

• Where can I see match stats (possession, shots)?

• On the match details page.

• Does SportScore show live commentary?

• Yes, for select matches.

• Can I see player ratings?

• Available for some leagues.

• Is there a live match tracker?

• Yes, with event timelines.

• How do I check head-to-head records?

• Some matches include historical stats. You just need to click on it and navigate to the H2H section.

• Are injury updates provided?

• Yes, if officially reported.

• Can I see referee decisions/VAR updates?

• Major leagues include such details.

• Does it show weather conditions affecting matches?

• Occasionally, for outdoor sports.

• Where can I find match formations?

• Usually under "Lineups" or "Tactics." You just need to click on it and navigate to the Lineup section.

• Do Sportscore offer betting tips?

• No, we currently do not offer betting tips.

• Can I see odds comparisons?

• Occasionally, but it’s important to know that SportScore is not a betting site.

• Is there live betting data?

• With our integrations with betting partners, we may offer odd comparisons of matches.

• How accurate are the predictions?

• We currently do not offer predictions.

• Can I track my bets on SportScore?

• No, it’s a score tracker, not a betting platform.

• Scores are updated in real-time, with minimal delay (usually a few seconds) from live events.

• The SportScore chatroom is a live discussion on each section of an event on the platform where sports fans can engage in real-time conversations about matches, scores, predictions, and other sports-related topics.

• How do I join the SportScore chatroom?

• Typically, you can join by signing in to your account on SportScore.com through Google sign-in while visiting a specific sports event to navigate to the chat section.

• Are there rules for the chatroom?

• Yes, most chatrooms have guidelines prohibiting spam, hate speech, harassment, or off-topic discussions. Violations may result in warnings or bans. Read SportScore Terms of Use here.

• Can I discuss any sport in the chatroom?

• SportScore.com usually covers multiple sports (football, basketball, tennis, etc.), but chat rooms are match-specific. Check the room description to see which sports are being discussed.

• Is the chatroom moderated?

• Many chatrooms have moderators to ensure a respectful environment. Users can often report inappropriate messages for review.

• How can I start chatting on the SportScore Chatroom? 

• Once you’ve successfully signed in on SportScore.com, you can navigate to the football match of your choice — there will be a chat box on the right side of the page where you can chat with other viewers/users on our platform watching the same football event. You must have an account on SportScore before you can use the chat feature.

• Can I use SportScore.com on my mobile device?

• Yes, SportScore.com is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. 

• Do I need an account to use SportScore.com?

• No, you can access live scores and basic stats without an account. However, signing up allows you to save favorite teams, set alerts, and access other interesting features.

• How do I reset my password?

• You don't need a password to operate your account on SportScore.com, you only need to authenticate sign-in with your Google account to get started on the platform.

• Does SportScore provide a live match tracker?

• Yes, select matches include live match tracker alongside scores.

• Are historical match statistics available?

• Yes, you can access past match results, player stats, and head-to-head records, once you click on a specific match.

• Can I watch live matches on SportScore?

• No, we only provide scores and stats. 

• Why aren’t scores updating in real-time?

• Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try refreshing the page.

• Is the SportScore website available in multiple languages?

• Currently, we support English, with more languages coming soon.

• I don't see other odds, why?

• We have reconfigured our system in a way that if a match hasn't started yet, you'll see only pre-match odds and if the match is ongoing, opening odds, pre-match odds, and in-play odds will be shown. All other odds like over/under, handicap, corner, etc., will also be shown on each match odds section.

• Does SportScore cover minor leagues?

• Yes, depending on the sport, it includes lower-tier leagues.

• Does SportScore show lineups/substitutions?

• Yes, for major matches.

• There is an error with data/scores, can you change it?

• When using our service and you notice an error with data/scores, reach out to us immediately via [email protected], report an issue or send a feedback. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
